About the Project
The World Barometer (WB) is an open-data civic platform that monitors and visualizes prosperity indicators across countries worldwide.
Our Mission
To make government performance and societal progress transparent, comparable, and accessible to everyone through open data and clear visualization.
The 12 Pillars
We measure prosperity across 12 interconnected dimensions, from governance quality to housing affordability. Each pillar is scored 0–100 based on publicly available data from international organizations.
Open Data
All data comes from publicly accessible sources including the World Bank, United Nations, Freedom House, V-Dem Institute, and others. We do not collect any personal data from visitors.
